Would you like to join our environment in the Medical Customer Engagement team which is part of Customer Strategy & Patient Partnership (CS&PP) within Product Development Medical Affairs (PDMA)? In CS&PP we envision the acceleration of coordinated, patient-centered healthcare ecosystems that are founded on the real needs of people and deliver holistic, individualized care to improve health and life. In the Medical Customer Engagement team we aim to improve patient care by driving functional excellence and fostering collaboration within our customer-facing affiliate network to ultimately deliver an extraordinary customer experience. We support the Medical Science Liaisons and Medical Information Communities in a global scale. We foster collaboration & best practice sharing across the affiliate network and we ensure their needs are embedded in global medical activities to meet our customer needs. The internship entails the following responsibilities: Familiarization with PDMA and the medical customer-facing affiliate network Understand the stakeholder landscape from the Medical Customer Engagement team Provide input and support the management of the affiliate network community and act as a moderator Support the creation, migration and maintenance of a new platform to serve the needs from the medical affiliate network Support with communication materials, conduct surveys and analyze them Support in the planning and organization of events Your Profile We are keen to discover talents who are passionate about learning and show great curiosity in discovering new things. We are looking for a dedicated Bachelor or Master Student in the area of communication, IT or in a scientific related program. Moreover who have: You are highly motivated and proactive You are creative and a strategic thinker You speak english fluently You have strong communication and collaboration skills You are interested in managing different collaboration platforms (eg.
