Personal Assistant (F/M) to Director
We are offering an interesting position for an open-minded, adaptable person, willing to work in a small international team located in our office on the outskirts of Zurich.
- Languages: Bilingual / native English and excellent German are a must for this position
- IT: Full mastery of the Microsoft 365 package
You will be responsible for:
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls, e-mail administration
- Managing diaries and organising meetings, appointments, and travels
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and staff
- Contractual matters
- Assisting in maintaining contact and developing quality relationships with business prospects and industry partners.
- Providing support in all business-related matters
- Assisting with special projects as required
- General and specific office duties
You are able to organize your work independently, define your priorities correctly and you possess very good organizational skills – You should be flexible and available to provide urgent support whenever needed.
